Abstract
After three years, the SPP1516 is nationally and internationally highly visible and was able to establish an excellent interdisciplinary collaboration between the members of the program. In the next three years, the coordination project will continue to make the SPP1516 a success. The coordination project manages the program and is responsible for the promotion of young researchers, national and international visibility, gender-equality, public relations and the communication with the public. The coordination project will also ensure that the SPP has a sustainable impact on the national and international research landscape.
