On October 24th, 2018, Professor Sieghard Beller died in Bergen following a prolonged illness. Professor Beller, who lead a project in the first
funding period of the SPP1516, will long remain in our memories due to his very important contibutions at the intersection of Cognitive Psychology,
Cognitive Science, and Ethnology, and for his calm and circumspect nature. We honestly mourn his early passing and wish to pronounce our deepest
sympathy to his family and friends.
Markus Knauff, on behalf of the whole SPP
